Took the Stress out of Our Decision!
Having TruPanion for our boy, Charlie, that was diagnosed with a osteosarcoma was critical in our treatment decision. We were able to get reimbursed within a few days of invoice submission after an initial visit from our regular vet and it was direct deposited right into our account. What was truly stress free was how our surgical specialist's office was able to get a "preapproval" from TruPanion for the treatment and we just paid what wasn't covered at the time of service. When there is a $11,200 bill in question, that made all the difference and we could focus on Charlie instead of a looming financial burden. Charlie is doing great and recovering well from his surgery. Thank you to TruPanion for coming through and making the claims process easy. Barry

I was told you did a survey of Labradors in my area and then you raised my monthly insurance from 77.
I was told you did a survey of Labradors in my area and then you raised my monthly insurance from 77.00 a month to 103.00 a month for my one lab. If you are going to raise rates you should not include those who already have been insured with you. I have bragged and referred you to many people, but not anymore. I am looking for an alternative insurance due to your lack of support for your current customers. I am retired and disabled and you just increased my dogs insurance so it will be more difficult for me.
