Good customer service

I had trouble signing up online so I had to call in to set it up. Also had trouble changing from mailed cheque to direct deposit online. Had to call in to update that as well. Calling in was not as convenient as doing it online but at least the people on the call were helpful and I wasn't talking to them for a long time and they set everything up for me easily.
