Excellent pet insurance!
I really like that I can provide my pet exceptional medical care without having to worry about the cost. Claims are processed quickly, customer service is polite and caring, and I've never had a claim denied (that fit the claim parameters). My deductible is low, and the company does a great job communicating any changes or updates to policies. I'll be sticking with them!

Fetch Pet, previously Pet Plan has been great. Their representatives are super nice, friendly, knowledgeable and patient. They have been extraordinarily helpful and truly care about the pets they cover (and have, of course)!! My pet had diarrhea and vomiting case and they denied the claim because its a pre existing condition.. REALLY!!! Its the end result of a condition !! Not the condition !!! Fantastic experience during a very stressful time, with an easy to understand process and paid within 2 days.
I was in Hawaii and Sadie was at a boarding kennel and I was told she hurt her leg and it was her CCL and she required surgery. I was devastated and knew I needed to line up surgery for her. I had to find a vet that would do the surgery and then went online to chat with Trupanion who advised I submit an estimate to speed up the process. I simply uploaded the invoice and received approval. As easy as that. I was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation and get home and get Sadie in surgery. I submitted the bill late Monday night and was reimbursed late Wednesday. It is a lot of money out of pocket and I appreciated the quick, responsive service and the help along the way. Trupanion will always be my insurance provider for Sadie. I highly recommend them! Sadie is on the road to recovery.

Great when it counts
We had a very sad and unexpected health crisis arise with our sweet cat, and having Trupanion made it so much more livable. They were responsive to our claim submissions, FAST in processing, and communicative. Their team were kind and understanding and very very helpful. In hindsight, the best investment weโve made for our fella.
