Help when help was needed
The coordination between the veterinary clinic and Trupanion was excellent. It was a difficult time for us with Ember being sick unexpectedly and passing so quickly after. It was one extra thing that we didn't have to worry about. She was well taken care of in her last few days. We are grateful for that.

The only thing I don't agree with.
The only thing I don't agree with...is no reimbursement for vet visit for health issue being covered...as the visit is necessary to be able to proceed toward a decision on how to deal with the health issue.
