Hands-down the best experience
Hands-down the best experience. I wish our vet would have been as compassionate. They move quickly with no pushback. We had two major medical incidents with my dog. Both times they were there where there for us. I highly recommend this company

This is the first time I purchased insurance for a pet... and I'm a long-time pet owner. I was skeptical at first, but no more. This is the best thing one can do and should be on everyone's list... especially when purchasing a puppy. I am very happy with this, and have used it already. It is a seamless process. I would highly recommend this to anyone with a new pet.

I purchased preventative and other care coverage. The process for signing up, submitting claims, and receiving reimbursement are so easy! The claims adjusters offer a significant amount of customer support. In a consumer focused world, Lemonade shines — its product offerings and customer experience is top notch. I have peace of mind knowing Fitzgerald is covered but a company that truly cares!

Very best pet insurance!
Trupanion was recommended and suggested to us by an emergency room veterinarian after our second visit for emergency care for Scooter. We have had Trupanion insurance for approx. 8 years for our beloved dog. Of course, the cost of the policy has gone up as the years passed, but what hasn't? Trupanion has always been available by phone with any questions that we may have had, and we have received immediate and very pleasant, caring help. Trupanion has been great!

I wish I knew about their practices of turning down pre-existing conditions. I had a policy with Embrace for two years and they use the pre-existing conditions. USAA members stay away from them, They are a horrible company.

Ok. So, I’m new to Lemonade. I purchased the puppy insurance. I filed my first claim-one well visit & one vaccination- it was super easy! Received the reimbursement within minutes! So far sooooo good!!
