I chose this score for many reasons.

I chose this score for many reasons. Direct billing and very speedy reimbursement. The 90% lifetime reimbursement guarantee for an ongoing health condition once the deductible is covered. The prompt service (no long hold times) when calling Trupanion with enquirers, and the incredibly friendly exchange from Trupanion representatives..! Note: I have a couple of reservations in recommending Trupanion to friends and family which is why I didn’t score higher. They are: the substantial increase in price from year to year, and the further astronomical increase in price when a move and the the postal code changes… even though the move is within the same city/area.

Sales Pitches

Initial speech by the representative was very long and scripted. Did not feel personable. I had a 30 day free trial and when calling to activate the trial the representative was actively trying to sell me the insurance.
