Very easy to use app and process for submitting claims. I haven’t had any “issues” or been challenged by a submitted claim so I’m not sure how the process would change in that event, but so far it’s been a great experience.

I’ve had Embrace since my Rotti was a four month old puppy. Never had to use it. Until my Sadie came down with diabetes on 2/15/22. After my deductible of 500.00 , I was using it every month for curves at my Vets. Then one day she started limping, and well, in a span of three days she was at emergency vet critical care . Her leg had become infected beyond our imagination. She had an abscess, then sepic. The bills were very large. Well, unfortunately our Sadie had to be put to sleep. But Embrace paid us every penny we were covered for. And they paid very quickly, making a devastating situation a little better.

Each time we have had to use our insurance on our black lab/pit mix, the process has been easy, fast and we get reimbursed quickly. I wish all insurance companies were run this well. Not only is their claim process imple but they have amazing follow up afterwards to ensure our dog is recovering. Will always recommend to anyone getting a pet.

Embrace came through as they said they would.
Our 12 year old Golden was diagnosed with pancreatitis then hospitalized for a day on intravenous fluids. He bounced back for several days, then lost strength. Went to ER where more blood work was done then ultrasound found a large bleeding mass on his liver. Nothing could be done and we made the decision to let him go. We filed claims with Embrace and they were approved in a timely manner and funds were sent. We recommend Embrace for anyone looking for pet insurance to help with costs of health care.
