My dog, Zima, suffers from Wobbler's Syndrome. Even though it is a "mild" case, in the past 2 years she's had over $11,000 of medical expenses. Without Trupanion, I would have been severely limited in what medical aid I could provide her. And I have found Trupanion to be easier to work with than my own health insurance or my medical flex spending company.

A plus for service and ease of use.
We're so happy that we decided to get pet insurance with Healthy Paws. Our 3-year-old dog required major orthopedic surgery. Having pet insurance made a difficult decision easier. Healthy Paws is so user friendly - with the app all you need to do is take a picture of your paid bill. You quickly get confirmation (both via email and within the app) that it has been received and is being processed. Less than a week later we had received a check in the mail, reimbursing us the 80% that our policy covers. Thank you Healthy Paws! You have a customer for life!

I just signed up for 2 pet policies. I was having trouble navigating getting them customized. I called customer service and they took care of all my request and got me signed up. They were very friendly and helpful.

Piper loves Fetch!
My dog Piper after many other treatments required a liver biopsy. A costly procedure that cost approximately $4,800. After submitting the vet bills and medical records my claim was approved in about 8 days and the money was deposited directly into my bank account. The Fetch app was easy to use and the claim was settled quickly. Piper is doing very well now. Thanks Fetch!!

Happy Embracer!!!
I have had Embrace Pet Insurance for a year now. Their portal is easy to upload and follow the claim and their service has been excellent. It does not matter who you speak to when you call up they are courteous and friendly and everyone of them have pets (that I spoke to) and understand and sympathize with whatever is going on. I highly recommend this company! My personal experience with them has been outstanding.

My dog suffers from chronic kidney disease and this past year has had to undergo a lot of treatments and medications. Without Pet Plan most of this would not be possible due to the expenses of visits, medications and treatments. Fetch has made the process so much easier submitting claims!
