I have had exceptionally good experiences ever since I started using Turpanion in 2011.
I have had exceptionally good experiences ever since I started using Turpanion in 2011. I always recommend you to those who can afford it - I think the only barrier is that you are expensive and some just can't afford your premiums, even though it means they will have lower coverage. But for those who can, it is the best choice!

Relative easy claims process and fairly comprehensive coverage with per illness deductible instead of recurring annual deductible which can add up with older cats.

Picky but approved
Seemed a bit picky that the representative had to check with a supervisor for authorization of first month free due to actual contact not achieved until past 24 hours from adoption. Initial call to Trupanion was less than 24 hours but wait time to be spoken to was not possible while traveling home(12 hours) after adoption

We had to take our Finn to see We are more than pleased with our experience with Trupanion. The claims are responded to in a timely manner and coverage explained in detailed. Our check for coverage was received in less than ten days from date of service.
