The most expensive claim we submitted took more than 43 days to complete. That is not acceptable. I accrued interest charges on my credit card because the claim took so long to complete.

Healthy Paws saved my pups life. We had $4k in vet bills from simple kennel cough that turned into complicated pneumonia. They have been amazing and I recommend them to everyone. I have been very pleased with Pests Best so far! The claims I have submitted have been accepted and reviewed very quickly...and EOB is sent in a timely manner..and refunds are generated very quickly, especially if you have direct deposit.

I have had great experiences with Embrace. All my ER visit were covered (MIND YOU THEY WERE NO PRE EXISTING) so far if something new happened - new injury or illness I have had no problems at all. they will not cover pre-existing which my one dog as but once they clear after 1 year with no symptoms they will cover it Plus i like the bonus rewards you get which helps. very pleased
