Trupanion is always quick to help at any time of day. They are helpful with all steps in the process of submitting claims, and they always ask how our pups are doing. They seem to genuinely care about our animals! Bonus: the member portal is also easy to use!

Trupanion customer reps are always courteous and glad to help. My QUICK CLAIMS are processed timely. However, my rates are what I consider high even though I have a high maintenance dog breed - an English Bulldog. Other than that, I am very satisfied with Trupanion.

took too long to get reimbursed. and your company lost some of the info which had me following up with vets to get it resent. realizing i am spending too much on premiums and the $250 deductible isnt ideal. probably will cancel.
