The CSR I spoke with was very courteous and friendly. I was emotional over having lost one dog recently and she assured me and left me feeling great about my new puppies future!

Trupanion has saved my butt multiple times. No one wants their dog to need medical treatment or surgery or medications but it happens. Luckily for me and my pup(a rescue) I enrolled her at 8 weeks old, since then she has had emergency surgery, incontinence problems & now is requiring knee surgeryâ¦. Trupanion has been there for us every step of the way. Submitting claims is effortless on my part as our vet and bill them & get paid directly. Customer service is above and beyond my expectations.
