The submission part is easy…
The submission part is easy to use and when you call with questions they are always helpful. My only criticism is that sometimes it takes a little too long to receive reimbursement.

They are insurance for your dog's…
They are insurance for your dog's health. Pay it and keep it, because if you lapse and come back it is a lot more expensive . That being said, they do quick answers with what is covered. My poor pup had uti's and after meeting the deductible the rest of the year it was free for that covered item. It is well worth it, just don't let it lapse. I do recommend them as peace of mind for large unexpected expenses as well as routine care :)

They are a scam
Started at a reasonable price per month for my 2 cats. Every year the monthly cost went up $5-10.I have never made a claim. After around 9 years, just got a notice they are raising my premium around 300%! For no reason, when they advertised to enroll your pet at early age so you would not have these type of premium increases. Putting the money in a savings account rather than paying them any more, crazy scam.

Emergency Vet visit
Filing a claim was easy and I got a response back quickly when it was approved. A check came in the mail the next week for the portion that was covered.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. You weren't able to get my pets vet records themselves even though it says you can do that. But whatever ok fine, I call my vet and have him send everything over. Then I get another email from you saying that the records aren't complete and you need more. I call my vet again and have him resend everything and also cc me in the email. Everything is there. I reply to you, "that's everything, we literally don't have more records." no reply for a week. My partner calls you and the person we spoke to insists on needing more records. There. Aren't. Any. I finally get another email back from you too, saying again that you need more records?!??!! I'm like how many godforsaken times do I need to tell you there literally are not more records!! Finally it seems like you bufoons get it, and start processing the claim. Miserable and stressful experience and a waste of my time and money.
