First experience with Trupanion
It was an emergency situation with my dog and everything was handled very quickly and easily. All I needed was my account number with Trupanion. This was the same experience for the followup with my regular vet as well as the specialist. All invoive breakdowns were easy to understand and provided very quickly. The billed amount went directly to Trupanion so I did not need to pay upfront and be reimbursed later. A very good experience during a very upsetting time.

I had insurance with Trupanion before. Never had to make a claim, but I've never forgotten how a representative sent me a sympathy card after my dog died. I also did a ton of research before choosing Trupanion and decided it was the best choice. My vet also recommended Trupanion.
