Trupanion has proven to be worth every penny. I have filed multiple claims with them, and the entire process has been consistently smooth, straightforward, and incredibly easy. When our cat recently fell sick and needed immediate care, Trupanion paid the veterinary clinic directly at checkout. It completely removed the financial stress of having to pay a massive bill upfront and wait for reimbursement. Every claim I submitted was reviewed and approved remarkably fast, eliminating the usual anxiety of waiting for answers. They truly step up when it matters. The policy covers exactly what it promises without hidden loopholes or surprise rejections.

I am extremely disappointed with Figo…
I am extremely disappointed with Figo Pet Insurance. After experiencing very poor customer service, I left an honest review detailing my concerns. Figo responded publicly, apologizing for the experience and stating that they would follow up with my case. That response gave me hope that the company was willing to make things right. Unfortunately, it appears to have been nothing more than a public relations gesture. Eight months have passed, and I have never received any follow-up, update, or resolution from Figo. If a company takes the time to publicly promise action, customers should be able to trust that promise. In my case, there was no accountability and no communication afterward. Based on my experience, the customer service has been disappointing, and I cannot recommend Figo Pet Insurance.
