Trupanion, service, customer appreciation, timely processing and overall care for me and my fur babies is OVER THE TOP !!! Don't let anyone tell you another company can do better. Experience says, they can't. Thank you Trupanion, Lexi and Luther thank you too !! When submitting a claim, I have a response before I even leave the vet counter. Actually, I usually have it before they do. I am so impressed with the way Trupanion has dealt with my claims, although very little is rejected they always take the time to discuss any concerns. I know that having the comfort of Trupanion insurance I don't hesitate to get my dogs the best care they can have. I don't have to worry that I can't afford a visit for "any" issues they have. So easy. Our emergency veterinarian had direct billing which allowed us to concentrate on our sick dog. Trupanion was in constant communication with me through email and also communicated with our veterinarian. Let me start by saying Thank you! We have had a rough week with our little fur baby and last Friday she had to be hospitalized. We were so worried about her. Thankfully she is doing much better. Having to go through that is one thing but not having to worry about how we would pay the bill was a HUGE relief to us! Your team is AMAZING!
