Trupanion is easy to deal with.
Trupanion is easy to deal with. There are some things I don’t like, I was having financial problems and had to change my dogs deductible. I am no longer able to go back to what he had before I had financial problems. During this time of Covid related financial problems; I do not think that this is fair. His insurance kept going up and make changes due to increased premiums. I believe that the recorded calls and the information you share with the very nice and understanding employee gets sent on to the corporation and they make the decisions on how and when to increase your premiums.

My claim was not covered even though the doctor visit was due to a Pancreatic condition. My dog was seen for his Pancreatitis symptoms. Which are alot like other normal, doggie illnesses . Of which, Trupanion will not cover such either! This is ridiculous. And it should be changed.

My 8-year-old Persian cat has been insured under Trupanion his whole life. All of my claims, without exception, were paid quickly and efficiently. My cat has a chronic condition requiring daily medication, resulting in frequent refills. When I refill the medication, the vet's office bills Trupanion directly. By the time I arrive to pick up the medication, my claim has already been processed. There are no hassles and no delays. I highly recommend Trupanion to all pet owners! Thank you for the great customer service!
