The cost went up from $90 to $203 over…
Don't use Turpanion!!!! The cost went up from $90 to $203 over 6 years. I never used any claims, and the ones I did were denied. Now they are going up to $251 because of whatever reason. Put some money away every month for your pet instead. Trupanion is the biggest waste of money. I would never recommend anyone to sign up for it.

Trupanion's review of claims for my cat
Trupanion reviews my cat Pumpkin's claims promptly and provides clear details on covered charges, deductible, 10% co-insurance amount, what my responsibility is, and how much of the vet bill Trupanion will cover, when applicable. All diagnosed illnesses, however, are regarded separately, so as my cat has several different (often co-related) illnesses, the deductible has to be met for each one. Once the deductibles are paid, though, they apply for the lifetime of the pet (one-time deductibles per illness, not annual). Overall, it is a very solid plan, and Trupanion is prompt with reimbursements. Thank you :)
