The worst insurance ever….5 years ago…
The worst insurance ever….5 years ago my daughter was playing with our dog on a trampoline and he fell and injured his back leg. He had an emergency X-ray and treatment which they refused to pay stating that he has a chronic condition. In my medical education a fall is an accident which is defined as ACUTE and no chronic. Plus, it takes forever to get reimbursed even for flea & tick, heart worm medication. I use Natonwide for my other dog and 48 hours for a claim to be processed and check sent

I’ve had to pay more out of pocket than…
I’ve had to pay more out of pocket than what I have for coverage. I got all #1 things the most expensive ones with all the coverage and after two puppy visits they said I had used up all the coverage. Had to get him neutered bill was $700 I got $124 back. Will not be renewing and going elsewhere

Long term customer.
I have had my cats insured with Embrace for about 10 years. At one time, I had as many as five insured; now, only three are remaining. Embrace has been excellent. The representatives are very knowledgeable and friendly; also, my claims are always processed quickly. I've been very satisfied with Embrace and highly recommend.
