Easy sign ups for multiple dogs
Easy sign ups for multiple dogs, quick receipt of policy details for each animal, and great coverage offered for both wellness & illness/injury. We haven’t had to make any claims yet thank goodness, but feel better knowing whatever our pets need they will be able to get or have done. We signed them up with manypets because there are many people on our breed’s Facebook page that highly recommend this company.

Embrace has been wonderful to us during my pup’s sudden illness. Claims were promptly handled without any issues. The first one took a few weeks, but that is the norm for first time claims. It was paid, and the following claims were paid within a few days of submission. Sadly I lost Ringo due to cancer. I am considering placing a policy on another pet with this company.

We were grateful for the support and care Trupanion's staff gave us during the recent emergency medical treatment needed for our 7 yr old Beagle, Bailey. The cost of treatment was very expensive and without our pet insurance it would have been prohibitive for sure! Everyone tells you you will need coverage when you least expect it and we can attest to that wholeheartedly. Thank you for being there for us when we needed it most! Bailey and her family!😁🐶❤️

Funky application of deductible.…
I would give 5 stars because my claim was handled very quickly, however, the way the deductible is applied is a bit funky. For example, if there is a $100 charge, only 80% of that is applied to the deductible. I have a $250 deductible, which actually turns out to be $300 the way it is applied.

Atrocious service and reimbursement
Atrocious service and reimbursement! The worst experience ever. Do not use AKC insurance. Four years of premium’s and only one claim approved with a meager $21.80 reimbursement. Waste of time and money.

Very happy with the process
Very happy with the process. The claim was done online, filled out the claim form and attached a copy of my receipt, and in two weeks my claim was paid. Would recommend Pets Best Pet Health insurance to everyone. Very reasonable rates.
