Customer service has been outstanding. Emails are replied to very very quickly and everyone I interacted with has been knowledgeable and courteous. Since they do a medical review at sign-up and state what your pet's pre-existing conditions are, there will be no surprises down the line on whether or not a claim will be paid. Very positive initial impressions.

Buyer beware!!! There is a very strong reason why…
There is a very strong reason why Prudent Pet Insurance doesn’t allow reviews on their website, and only shows curated positive reviews imported from external sources, or fabricated entirely. Their customer service representatives and ads will make all the empty promises designed to scam you into signing up, and their adjusters will find any reason to deny your claim. This policy I’ve been holding for over two years has been nothing but waste of money.
