Always have my questions answered!
I always reach a knowledgeable person when I call. Business hours are open past my working hours. We have 3 pets and our pet insurance has been so helpful to us. We’ve had to use it far more than I’d like to with our pets’ health issues, but I would recommend to anyone for healthy pet preventive services and for the peace of mind!

I liked to get insurance for two puppies but after 8 days I got charged as a same price for one of my pets. I requested to cancel the order they said sure but they charged me.

Trupanion was always helpful with Cocoa's claims
Trupanion was extremely helpful with our pet insurance claims throughout our Dog's 11 1/2 years lifetime. Cocoa died in her sleep Thursday morning and the representative expressed much empathy for us. We still have some claims to file, but he assured us they would still be in the coverage period. He easily cancelled our policy beginning with Cocoa's death, August 21, 2025. We miss Cocoa and will remember Trupanion when we get our next dog.

Trupanion has been simply wonderful!
I have 2 Great Danes, who are the bestest girls ever! One is elderly, and the other has osteosarcoma; each have required a lot of medical care. Trupanion has been amazing, and has enabled me to provide them with the excellent veterinary care that they deserve. I’m so very grateful to Trupanion!
