Does not cover all charges.

Customer service is great, however the coverage was horrible. I end up still paying a lot for my pet's medical expenses. Many of the charges weren't covered. I am not too happy about it. I pay 65 dollars a month and have been paying for at least 4 years now. That equals to 3,120 dollars or so approximately. I think I will soon to cancel the policy and just put the premium away for emergency fund.

Because Trupanion has helped us in so many ways.

Because Trupanion has helped us in so many ways. We have a dog with bad allergies and there's no way we would have been able to financially help her without this insurance. Now she's able to be treated and be comfortable and happy.
