it was great I compared policy's with others you have the best value and easy website, Never got pet insurance before, dont even have home owners insurance, but after reading about peoples vet bills it comes down do you let your pet die or get insurance, my parents let ours die, it was a sad thing to watch, dont want to do that again. Back then I dont even think they had pet insurance.

Trupanion always replies to the invoices submitted from a visit to the vet nearly instantly to acknowledge receipt. It usually isnât more than a day or two later I hear what the result is as far as how much is covered. I appreciate how quickly they handle any submissions.

Trupanion is always their when we need them. Tank has severe skin allergies that result in multiple diagnosis that require maintenance and medications that re ongoing for his well-being.
