My dog had surgery on her left knee. Pest Best reimbursed us within twenty days. We were able to pay our invoice without interest.

Had pup that was just over 1 year old…
Had pup that was just over 1 year old had torn ACL - Denied claim as policy hadn't been in effect for the 12 month time. I know NO OTHER type of insurance that denies claim if time period of policy is less than an year. Heaven help if medical, car, house insurance becomes this way. Will not recommend them.
