Again same issue
Again, I put a claim for wellness. Same company as before, same service, bill stamped paid and total and the claim department cannot seem to find the amount paid or that it was paid. I cannot understand why I pay for a service that is clear and have so much trouble processing it. This company was great, but in the past year everything is a hassle with them

I put in my first claim to Embrace. It was easy to submit. They responded very quickly, accepted the claim and sent me a check with 7 business days. I don't think it could have been handled any better.
