They’ve covered all the crazy illnesses my kittens have managed to get. The first claim was denied, but I appealed with more info, and it was approved. I pay the highest rate/most coverage
I pay the highest rate/most coverage. Was denied an entire claim for getting my dog neutered with no explanation. Cant get ahold of anyone VIA their phone and cant find anywhere to be able to cancel the plan on their site. Also this is the only place that I can find to write about my experience and warn people. You just try to look out for your pets and this is what you get.
