Thank You Nationwide for standing behind your word and your insurance. My precious baby went blind from cataracs caused by diabetes. This all happened very quickly. She has always been healthy up until then. With your help we got the cataracs removed and the diabetes under control. Thank You... I recommend Nationwide Pet Insurance to anyone with a pet.

Bait and Switch
I had to send the medical records to them 3 times, and my vet had to send twice. Took a month for them to process; constant emails stating they didn't have the information. Now I know why they waited - they were waiting until the lower coverage change I made kicked in so they wouldn't have to pay at 90% (the time of the actual vet visit). I finally threatened to cancel the policy if they didn't complete the claim within 3 days - guess what - they completed it in 2 days after my threat at the lower rate, which is a mistake. I cancelled the policy after the reimbursement went into my bank account.
