Extremely easy and fast submission

Within hours of submitting a claim for my dogs ekg, I received notification that it was approved and I was being reimbursed. Without Trupanion, these life saving tests and office visits to the cardiologist would be very expensive for me.

Janet was very helpful with all the questions I had and there were plenty of them; plus she seemed like she and the company actually care about the animals.
