I spoke with a woman named Toni. I called to cancel my subscription as it seemed pointless to pay when I was having trouble submitting docs for a claim. But she asked a few questions & was determined with A+ effort to get that all sorted out for me! Excellent service

Great coverage - excellent customer service - easy to use!
I highly recommend Spot Pet Insurance. I have a lab... need I say more? He has been a very accident prone, rock eating, cheat grass attracting hunk of burning love with orthopedic issues as well. I have insurance on both my pets. Although, one has never used it (YAY) the other has made up for it. Having an animal with health concerns is bad enough, having great insurance with excellent customer service that really cares takes at least some of stress away! Spot Insurance seems is really user friendly and has live people available to help when needed! I am a pet insurance believer now!!
