Sloooow at dispersing payments…
I submitted a claim about two months ago and STILL haven't gotten reimbursed. This insurance is PRICEY. I thought I would not have so much trouble getting reimbursed. The customer service guy was really polite, however. So I'll give two stars. F

I called to ask about certain benefits of my coverage and about changing certain benefits: McKenzie took her time to explain my benefits, the cost of these benefits, and other options that might be more affordable for me. The customer service is amazing every time I call them. They don’t rush you off the phone and will answer every question you have. I would highly recommend this company for your furbaby!
