It was easy to sign up and pay but haven't used the insurance yet.. so don't know what experience is yet.

I guess the insurance is good
I guess the insurance is good. Signing up with ASPCA was easy and quick. I found the entire experience confusing and dificult. This would be true of any choice-the biggest help I coud have had was a comprehensive comparison chart.

Website mostly easy to use
This website was mostly easy to use. It choked a little bit on valid zip code, but I think this was because I used autofill. When I went back and entered it manually at worked just fine.

The best of the best!
I have been using Healthy Paws for my two English Bulldogs for the past 6 years and they have been nothing short of amazing. Bulldogs are prone to health problems and my two are no exception. Once I hit my annual deductible, Healthy Paws covers 90% of most of our vet bills which has helped me tremendously on numerous occasions. They are super quick to complete my claims and reimburse me almost immediately. If I ever have a problem or dispute with any of my claims they listen to my concerns and even reversed a denied claim for me when realizing that there was an error. They are reliable, honest, friendly and extremely accommodating and I couldn't recommend them more! I sleep better at night knowing that no matter what, my fur babies are in good "paws" :)

Disappointed
I researched pet insurances prior to getting our puppy & decided to go with Pumpkin. Even though they were more expensive than others they covered a little more & the reimbursements they said were quick. The first two puppy wellness fees (even though they only cover one) we were reimbursed within 2-3 days from the time I submitted the claims. I submitted the third puppy wellness visit with vaccines on June 22, 2022. It has been over 4 weeks & we have still not been reimbursed. When I spoke with customer service I was told 1, regular visits do not get reimbursed as quick as the wellness claims, & 2 they are doing internal & external updates. Not sure which one it is, but we are extremely disappointed & frustrated with this issue. I’m so sorry I have recommended this insurance to other people.
