Really furious !
Really furious at this. My dog has been with Trupanion since she was a pup she’s almost 5. I pay every month before the month finishes never one month where I have missed a payment today I get some random email to say my dogs insurance has been cancelled I got no call to advise me. I just get an email it’s been CANCELLED!!! Why ? I never miss any payments even if it’s late I always pay my dogs monthly insurance I have emailed you back I want action taken asap !

Great Experience
We got Healthy Paws for our dog when we first got him back 2019 and he was 2yo. He is 9 now. In 2023, he was diagnosed with MCT. (Mast Cell Tumor) He had a lump and we had it removed and it came back as an aggressive stage and we were told he had 6-12 months. We started him on chemo and prayed. We are so very grateful to Healthy Paws. We selected a great plan 90/10 unlimited claims and $500 deductible. I thank God every day for this insurance. Healthy Paws has been so excellent. I submit my claims in their app while I’m leaving the vet appt. That same day, I receive an email that they have received and are processing my claim. Then 1-2 days later, I receive my EOB & the next day my reimbursement is in my bank account via electronic deposit. They are an awesome company and I highly recommend them.
