I was not informed that she would need to have seen a veterinarian before they approved my application. In addition they changed me $75 and them sent an email stating what was needed. I explained from the very beginning that she is a rescue from a non family member who didn’t have any paperwork.

I was very disappointed that I mislead…
I was very disappointed that I was mislead on my coverage when I signed up, the insurance is only for accidents and illnesses. It doesn’t cover wellness visit, vaccines or teeth cleaning. I had a hard time understanding the representative to go over my policy. I wouldn’t recommend them to a friend.

Our pup injured his du-claw and we brought him to our vet for an evaluation. The Dr immediately determined that he would need surgery. They took care of everything through Trupanion. It was easy and hassle free. Pup did great and his injury was covered and he has fully healed.
