As soon as I filed my first claim my premium went up by 33%. This is after a deductible and only an 80% reimbursement.

I enrolled my dog in embrace when she…
I enrolled my dog in embrace when she was 1 year old. Premium was high but after considering it for awhile I signed up for $58.06 /mo. Two years and no submitted claims it is increased to $69.05. When I spoke to customer service they said rates are adjusted every year! What would the cost be when my dog gets older? Certainly unaffordable. No mention of yearly adjustment when I enrolled or I never would’ve. So I just wasted $1300 thinking I secured premiums on well dog that would remain during the life of my dog. Sorry embrace it is not for me

Fast and easy…
My poor kitty cat got bitten by another cat and I had to take him to the animal emergency room. The bill was high but I submitted it to Spot Pet insurance and within days I got $600 back from them!

Submitting claims made my experience great but the claim process not so great. Having to deal with some claims were they're were denied at first and then finally reviewed again. Payment always came on time! it was a great experience besides the some of my claims being denied at first even if it fell under my policy
