Has been easy to upload claims once the account has been set up. Disappointed that EOB’s are only available for review for a short period of time then become unavailable.

Relief during difficult time
Throughout my dog’s life, Healthy Paws has shown incredibly prompt processing of claims and reimbursement. They have clearly written policies and helpful customer service during the few occasions that I’ve needed additional answers.
