4 paws up for Embrace! I've had dogs my whole life and finally tested out pet insurance with one of my dogs, who happened to need ACL surgery. I was skeptical that pet insurance would cover this without a lot of hassle, but to my surprise, Embrace did! They covered my dogs surgery without any hassle and did so quickly. I'm sold on pet insurance after this experience and would recommend Embrace. Thank you Embrace!!!

Understanding policy coverage is important. Even when I did not realize a condition was not covered the Representative was kind in explaining & it was clear in policy docs.
While there have been issues presented with the automated claim processing, the Customer Service handling and reprocessing has been satisfying. This cooperative effort has helped relieve the frustration, hence any anxiety while dealing with my pets health conditions.
