Pets Best a great pet insurance
Pets Best has always been a great insurance company. They have paid every claim I have made in a timely manner. Never had any problems when my Te Ata herniated 2 cervical disks, had surgery and rehab. Paid for everything. I have $250 deductible and pays 90/10. Very satisfied

No benefit for our family... we barely break even.
I lost money trying to figure out how the app worked because I would try and give up. NOTE: ALL the customer service people I spoke to were fantastic!! I think the thing that pretty much snapped it for me (we won't be renewing next year) is when we get an increase of 61 percent in our monthly cost. There will be no benefit. Might be beneficial to others but unfortunately not for us.
