Disappointing expense reimbursement
I have a pretty robust plans for two of my dogs but haven't seen any value in having coverage, since my two dogs had issues that resulted in high expenses with minimal reimbursement. Very disappointing.

Trupanion continually tries to find any loophole they can to not pay out.
