Great experience with Spot Insurance
Great experience with Spot Insurance. The claim process is very quick! You really get what you pay for with this company.

Really easy and helpful
I've only had spot for a few months but we have needed to use them and the claims are easy to submit and you get updates and a claim status quickly. Once the claim is approved the money is in my account the same day. When I called customer service the first time I submitted a claim they where super helpful. Would recommend.

Thank God for Trupanion!
My newly acquired puppy was diagnosed with Parvo. I called Trupanion and talked to Holly who was very sympathetic and kind. Thankfully I had the Trupanion pet insurance and the two pet hospitals that I dealt with were able to put the claims through with no problem. One claim was for about $1400. The second claim will be between $4000 & $5200. Thank God for Trupanion.

Not helpful or useful
Called in to see if a procedure my dog was going to get was covered. I was advised that yes, everything except a biopsy would be covered. After I got the procedure done on my dog, they denied the claim. I then canceled the policy due to not covering my dogs needs and not using it. I was advised that I would not be receiving a refund because I didn't cancel within 30 days of the policy. Very frustrated and disappointed in a 4.5 rating company.

UPDATE: FetchPet got in touch and explained that my dog’s health problem occurred when the policy renewed, so part of the cost applied to last year’s deductible and part to this year’s deductible. I am glad they explained it, but have to decide if the $60 a month is really worth spending. Plus, they only replied once I complained. I do feel they need to improve their customer service. I had no problem when this was Petplan insurance. Now it is FetchPet and for some reason one claim I filed was split into 3 and separated they don’t meet the deductible. Together they easily meet it. I have tried calling and emailing to resolve this issue. I will update this review if I hear from them.

Nothing but good things to say about…
Nothing but good things to say about this company. They review claims and reimburse you quickly. My dog has been having an ongoing problem and they have covered every single little thing that needed to be done from the first appointment with the regular vet to the procedure at the vet specialist hospital. They were there throughout the whole thing covering my dog. It's so nice to know that I can afford what needs to be done thanks to this company. Otherwise I don't know what I would do. I would go into debt trying to make my dog better. Very quick responses to any questions or concerns you may have. I get this company and its employees an A+++ Thank you Pets Best!
