Misleading and horrible costumer service
The policies have no reflection on "actual cost of care" prices. They will increase your rate at 100% because you move. I paid 165 and they tried to increase my rates to 365 stating cost treatment was higher where I moved which is just false. I offered to get 3 quoted from each city I lived and Karissa the manager just yelled at me. Your better off putting that money into savings.

Healthy Paws has exceed our expectation…
Healthy Paws has exceed our expectation when it came to health insurance for our French bulldog. Our bulldog had a problem with his back and he needed to see a urologist and have an MRI. Healthy paws covered most of the expense and ensured the our pet got the best care possible. They also sent us an email checking to see how he was doing. They care and it shows.

Finally a compassionate employee
The process started off a lil rocky with the first rep I spoke to and I was going to cancel my subscription.Then I got Toni on the phone and she was amazing! She was knowledgeable and def showed that she cared about my situation and helped me with my claim from start to finish. She showed so much compassion and truly made me feel comfortable and calm about having my dogs dewclaws removed. Its nice talking to someone who actually likes their job and what they do for a living. Thank You again Toni for all your help You deserve a raise!!
