My claim was quickly reviewed and the funds were directly deposited into my account. Made life MUCH easier as the surgery my dog required was expensive (but, of course, worth it).

Tru Panion has been great to work with on all of my dog's issues.
Tru Panion has been great to work with on all of my dog's issues. He has a long standing gut issue and I discovered that a medication that I receive automatically each month is a covered expense. I spoke with a very helpful customer service representative that helped work with me to resolve issues that I was having submitting such a large claim.
