It is just ok
My older cat needs insurance, God forbid anything were to happen to her, but in my opinion this insurance is very pricey considering they don't cover much. They also raised their rates this year without informing me, by over $150. They do reimburse you quickly, it just isn't much.

Very disappointed with purchasing this pet insurance. Was not informed of the additional cost until my brother paid the initial premium. Then learned that there are going to be consequences if he does not get more vet exams! Very bad business practices on Embrace pet Insurance. Should have disclosed that information up front. We are seriously considering alternatives!

False Advertising
Be advised the advertisement states that co-insurance is the amount you pay AFTER deductible however the language changes after buying the policy. They calculated co-insurance first on my claim them subtracted the deductible. This is backwards and resulted in a loss of $50 on my claim! I’ve emailed for a review on this policy and received a response that someone would be contacting me but weeks later still no review.
