What is the point?
It seems that for the amount I pay monthly in premiums, virtually all of my claims are denied. If youâre selling catastrophic care insurance, fine, just call it that.

Unfortunately, my dog was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer and we had to undergo cancer treatment with chemotherapy. Without pet insurance it would be very difficult.Thank God that since March 2022 I made a policy and the treatment is covered. I already received my first reimbursement for the expenses we paid and the whole process has been quick and easy. Do not hesitate to take out insurance for your pets. It's worth it.

I have been paying this company…
I have been paying this company premiums for 4 years, never made a claim and I have had my rate increased 2 times in the last 60 DAYS…total rip off. Spoke with a rep who “agreed with my frustration” but did nothing to improve my experience.

I had PetsBest insurance day I rescued two cats. One of them recently diagnosed Heart murmur and needs to monitor cardiology twice a year. Without PetsBest, I won’t be able to pay $900 lab fee per visit. It is so easy to process a claim and reimbursed as expected and on time.
