Bait and switch
Claim process is very slow and no communication from them - they expect insured to login - bigger issue is that after 1 year with No claims paid, premium went up over 40% with no actual notice - they claim there was an email which was really just another piece of junk mail. Way underwhelmed with Embrace!

Our puppy was injured.

Out of all of them, Prudent Pet Insurance had the best options, prices, and reviews. I spoke to an agent and she was really nice and helpful when it came to answering all my questions. They also have a 30-day money-back guarantee, making me feel safer and more comfortable just in case I didn't like them. I highly recommend them, talk to one of their agents if you're not sure!
