I cannot say enough positive things…
I cannot say enough positive things about Healthy Paws. I have 2 huskies and always wanted to make sure they can get the best care of something happens. My first husky was diagnosed with an auto immune disorder that requires eye drops the rest of her life. My second husky developed respiratory issues and had to be seen by a specialist for her diagnosis and have some procedures done. Healthy Paws always reviews the claims I send in within 24 hours, and I have the reimbursement back in my bank account within 2-3 business days after submitting the claim. Today, I received a personal email checking on my dog. Not too many pet insurances would do that. I would highly recommend anyone searching for pet insurance to look no further than Healthy Paws!

They do what they say they'll do
Pets Best's claims process is very intuitive - you can easily upload your receipts and enter the claim information, they'll email you updates, and you can check the status in the claims portal. Most importantly, they cover what you expect them to cover. We recently made a sizeable claim that I assumed any insurance company would try to deny, but it was approved as it should have been.

Terrible
Terrible. They claimed my dog throwing up once was a "preexisting condition" and refused to cover his hospital stay for pancreatitis. My policy was in effect several days before the hospital stay. I'm disputing the claim but I will absolutely be switching pet insurance providers.

I like to digest information without all the fluff and hype. ManyPets US cut right to it and answered all my questions before I could even ask them in some cases! The very competitive pricing and the excellent reviews sold me. Very pleased at this juncture.

Information Leads to Better Choices
ManyPets US is the insurance I chose for my pets. The site was easy to find and navigate. I could choose many combinations of deductibles, limits, and co-pays to find the ones that worked best for my situation. I was able to download a sample policy and read the fine print. I could also go through the FAQs section for answers to many questions. I have not used the insurance so this review is limited to the use of the website and sign-up process.
