They have excellent customer service and give 'good phone' :-) in that there isn't much if any wait time in the queue to speak with someone.

I also appreciate that Trupanion has a dedicated team (as I understand it) that helps with breeder questions with regard to coverage. I actually discontinued my repro rider on one of my dogs when I learned that it would have to remain with the policy of my dog rather than cancelling it if I didn't need to use it. I truly hope that that has changed, as that coverage was prohibitive if I had to keep it until I cancelled the entire policy. I've been told several months ago, that that has been remedied.

As my pet gets older I find I need to take him to the vet more offend.
As my pet gets older I find I need to take him to the vet more offend. I do not like the paying of a deductible for every new incident as well the doctor's fee/exam is also exempt which is ludacris because how do we know what to treat without him being diagnose by the vet.
