Lemonade has been great so far! Not a fan of having to make videos for the claims but the process is relatively easy and the service is great. I really enjoy talking to their reps. I would look at what they consider a “pre-existing” condition though as we got a claim denied due to a visit that occurred during the waiting period.

Purrrfect Service
I took my baby to the vet for his yearly check-up and has his nail done while we were at it. He also needed blood work, and all in all his bill was at least half the usual amount thanks to Lemonade. Our claims agent was very friendly and my only regret is that we didn't sign up sooner.
