FANTASTIC
Over the top customer service. Patience everyone I've had to deal with is outstanding. I'm not the most computer friendly when it comes to simple things and every single employee treated me like a friend. Claims are usually handled within 24-48 hours. 90% of my cat's asthma medicine is covered. As soon as you bring your little fur baby home, go on line and get a quote. I'd rather have Trupanion and NOT need them than, NEED them and not have them. In 7 years they've helped out both my cats. I recommend this company 100%. I'd proudly wear a t-shirt if they offered one! Go online today folks!
