Likely I havenât had to file many claims over the 8+ years Iâve had policies. But I have had a couple, Iâve never had a bad interaction or experience. The representatives have always been friendly and able to answer my questions or concerns.

Great Coverage
I started ASPCA insurance when I first got my kitty at 3-4 years old. I never needed to file a claim until she was 13. I almost forgot that I could file claims. My poor kitty had multiple incidents at age 13 i.e. UTI's, kidney infections, teeth extractions, etc. and ASPCA came through for them all. Less than five stars only because the web site seemed to mess up recently. However it was finally straightened out.

We love Pets Best!
The annual cost is reasonable and it renews automatically. The claims process was easy just filling out a form online and attaching the invoice from the vet. We received multiple emails on processing of our claim. Not to mention I could log in and see status. Check arrived in the mail in a reasonable amount of time. We are happy with Pets Best and will continue to renew as our little girl grows up!
